When I first went to Shika I had an idea about my dream dress, but she made it into a reality that surpassed my expectations.

It’s scary getting a dress made, because you can’t guarantee how it will turn out. Shika made the process easy and relaxing – I didn’t have to worry about a thing!

I lost count of how many fittings I had. It must have been difficult for Shika, because my shape changed from week to week in the lead-up to the wedding! It was never any problem for her though. She took everything in her stride and assured me she would do whatever it took to make my dress perfect. Not only did she create the perfect dress, but at the 11th hour, she also whipped up a beautiful comb for my hair.

I was very impressed with Shika’s professionalism and her friendliness. She always had a huge smile on her face and took time to have a big chat about the wedding preparation when I went into her store. I knew that when I went to see her I had her full attention. Shika’s wonderful hand beading incorporation Asian designs made my dress ultra-special. I know its truly one of a kind and I got dozens of compliments from our guests. I felt like an Asian princess walking down the aisle towards my husband.
