Do I need to make an appointment for a consultation?
This is preferable if you would like to try on a gown or discuss your requirements with us in detail. Otherwise, you are welcome to visit our store anytime during our hours for a chat and to view our collection. Click here for our contact details.
How long will the consultation take?
It will take around an hour. If you wish to try on a dress there is a $50 charge for the first gown tried on. You can try on as many more as you like for no additional cost.
What are your opening hours?
Our hours are:
Tuesday by appointment
Wednesday - Friday 10:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday 10:00am - 4:00pm
After hours by appointment
How long will it take to order a gown that is not in stock?
This usually takes around 3-5 months. We will discuss this with you during your consultation. An express order may be possible - please contact us to discuss further.
How long will it take if I decide to have a wedding gown made-to-order in New Zealand?
This takes around 5-8 months from the design stage through to final finish. This includes personal fittings. Please note that we do not make bridesmaid dresses to order.
Can I take a picture when I try on a gown?
No, Please do not bring your camera with you. We can take pictures for you which we will keep with us in the showroom. You are welcome to come in and view them anytime during our showroom hours.
Price Range
Our wedding dresses range from $900 to $6,000. Our brides typically spend between $2,000 and $4,500
How about fittings?
There may be some adjustments to make. One or two fittings are needed. To help the process, please choose your shoes and lingerie as soon as possible.
How about alteration?
We would like to concentrate on helping you find the perfect gown in order to avoid alterations. If an alteration is necessary we will refer you to an alteration professional that we have an association with. You will receive a great professional service from them.
What are your payment options?
Payment can be by either internet banking, EFTPOS, credit card or automatic payment. A 50% deposit on the full price is required for any wedding gown that we need to order specially for you, or any wedding gown made to order. Payment in full when the gowns arrives in store. Please note that the deposit option is not available for other special occasion fashion.

What is your refund policy?
We will meet all obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act but we do not have to provide a refund if you change your mind about your purchase, so please choose and consider your requirements carefully. This also includes any deposits paid.
